Welcome to Royal Tree Service – Expert Tree Care You Can Trust

Royal Tree Service is an owner-operated tree company based in McMinnville. Most of our work is for homeowners in Yamhill County and nearby cities in Polk, Marion, and southern Washington County.

We do tree removal, ISA-standard pruning, stump grinding, storm cleanup, and certified arborist work including TRAQ tree risk assessments. Small commercial jobs are welcome. Work is led by ISA Certified Arborist Elias Cervantes.

Estimates are free, and there is no pressure to remove a tree that can be managed with pruning. The owner who estimates the job is on site so the work is done the way it was discussed.

Our Services

  • We remove trees that are unsafe, declining, or in the way of the house or yard. On tight lots we take them down in sections and clean up when the work is done.

  • We prune for clearance, shape, and the health of the tree. If it looks like the tree can stay with the right cuts, we’ll talk that through before anyone starts cutting.

  • We can grind the stump when the tree comes out, or come back for an old stump that’s already there, so the spot is easier to use or replant.

  • If you need a written look at a tree’s risk — for peace of mind, insurance, or a property decision — we can do a TRAQ assessment and walk you through what we find.

  • If a tree came down in a storm or is hanging over the house, call and we’ll help you figure out the next step. If it can wait, you can also pick a date on the scheduling form.

    They promptly called us following an estimate request, came out to the house that same day, and completed the work the next day. Probably not the typical case for tree work, but we were grateful for the speedy service and would have waited if other jobs were ahead of us.     They arrived and did a great job of cutting our tree down. It was a double trunk tree in a very small area with fences near. They cut tree down grinded all debri and cleaned everything up. They were very polite and friendly
